Job Title: US IT / Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 3
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Shift: US Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday

We are looking for experienced and motivated US IT / Non-IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end US recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring processes.

The candidate should have a positive understanding of US recruitment practices, employment types, and sourcing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and facilitate offer negotiations and closures.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in US IT or Non-IT recruitment.
- Direct hiring experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of US recruitment processes and employment terms, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
