Job Description: Tour Manager / Tour Consultant / Ticketing Officer

1. Tour Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage domestic and international tour packages.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Manage group tours and ensure smooth travel experiences for customers.
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Handle customer queries, travel-related issues, and last-minute changes.
- Monitor tour schedules, budgets, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the tour.

2. Tour Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and provide quotations.
- Explain package details, inclusions, exclusions, and travel policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to arrange bookings.
- Maintain customer records and support customers throughout the booking process.

3. Ticketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:





- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings and reservations.
- Assist customers with ticket issuance, cancellations, rebooking, and rescheduling.
- Check flight availability, fares, baggage allowances, and travel rules.
- Use airline reservation systems or Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, where applicable.
- Verify passenger details, travel documents, and booking information.
- Inform customers about fare rules, cancellation charges, and refund procedures.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies to resolve ticketing issues.
- Maintain accurate booking records and provide timely customer support.

Eligibility & Skills

- Any degree or relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and handle customer queries.
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms or GDS is an advantage for ticketing roles.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
