Job Summary

SAMMS TECH SPM AUTOMATION is looking for an experienced Panel Wiring Technician with hands-on experience in electrical control panel wiring, SPM machine wiring, and industrial automation systems. Candidates must have practical knowledge of panel assembly, electrical drawings, and control components.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform electrical control panel wiring for SPM machines and automation equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.
- Install and connect PLCs, relays, contactors, MCBs, VFDs, SMPS, and other electrical components.
- Perform panel assembly, wire routing, ferruling, crimping, and termination.
- Handle machine electrical wiring and control panel connections.
- Identify and troubleshoot wiring faults and electrical issues.
- Conduct continuity checks and assist with electrical testing.
- Follow electrical safety standards and maintain wiring quality.
- Coordinate with PLC programmers, design engineers, and assembly technicians.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience in industrial panel wiring.
- Knowledge of electrical components and control circuits.
- Ability to read electrical drawings independently.
- Experience with SPM machine wiring or automation panels is preferred.
- Knowledge of cable dressing, ferruling, crimping, and wire termination.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, EEE, ECE, or a related field preferred.

Experience Criteria

- Only experienced candidates are eligible.
- Practical experience in electrical panel wiring is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.

Salary & Perks

Salary will be negotiable based on experience and technical skills. Other benefits as per company policy.
