We are looking for a Freelance Real Estate Sales Consultant to handle resale properties in assigned residential societies.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with interested buyers, understanding their requirements, arranging property visits, convincing buyers, negotiating with clients, and closing resale deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle resale properties in assigned societies.
- Connect and coordinate with interested buyers.
- Understand buyer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and manage property visits.
- Follow up with buyers and negotiate to close deals.
- Build positive relationships with buyers and property owners.
Important Note
- No daily cold calling required. A separate calling team will handle calls and generate buyer leads.
- The freelancer will focus on buyer coordination, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Earnings will be commission-based, linked to successful deals.
Ideal Candidate
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest or experience in real estate resale.
- Ability to handle clients and convert leads into successful deals.
