The IT Head is responsible for managing the organization's software applications, IT infrastructure, and technology operations. The role includes overseeing business applications, coordinating with software vendors, ensuring system security, supporting all departments, and driving technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all company software and IT operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with software development vendors for upgrades, bug fixes, and new feature implementation.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet, CCTV, biometric systems, and hardware.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage software licenses, IT assets, and technology budgets.
- Lead and mentor the IT team.




- Analyze business requirements and implement technology solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of software and hardware issues.
- Prepare IT policies, SOPs, and management reports.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRMS, and enterprise software.
- IT infrastructure and network management.
- Vendor management and project management.
- Database and system administration knowledge.
- Cybersecurity and data protection.
- Leadership and team management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or equivalent.
- MBA (IT/Systems) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
