Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students and customers to understand their educational needs.
- Explain the company's educational programs, courses, and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead records and update customer information regularly.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
