Job Description:

Advanced Computer Solutions (ACS Technology) is looking for confident, polite, and target-oriented candidates for the position of Telecaller / Customer Relation Executive. The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, follow up on customer enquiries and sales leads, coordinate service requirements, maintain daily call records, and communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales,



or customer handling is preferred.
- Confident, professional, and polite telephone manner.
- Responsible and target-oriented attitude.
- Local candidates preferred.
