Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, follow up with leads, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up with customers and interested prospects.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or regional languages.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply.
