We at Ovington Finance Pvt. Ltd (NBFC Regd. with RBI) are looking to hire a Manager - Recovery for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate is a well-organized individual with positive communication skills and have a deep understanding of all Recovery procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct through audits of documents
- Vetting of the documents
- Identify and report critical technical issues and operational bottlenecks to management
- Follow ups from advocates regarding the ongoing cases
- Active Support in Recovery
- Provide Legal advice on HR and other matters of the companies
- conduct court visits
Qualifications
1. He should have at least 3-4 years of Experience in a NBFC/Recovery organisation with some court exposure.
2. Up to 40 years of age
3. Proficiency in different Recovery tools like SARFAESI, Arbitration, NI Act cases, DRT and Lok Adalats
