About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and results-driven Admissions Executive to support student admissions for an upcoming business school. The candidate will connect with prospective students and their parents, explain the institution’s programmes, nurture leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions. Training will be provided on the institution’s programmes, offerings, and admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and other communication channels. Explain the business school’s programmes, admission process, eligibility criteria, and key offerings. Follow up consistently with interested prospects to drive admission conversions. Understand students’ requirements, address queries, and handle objections effectively. Build rapport and establish trust with students and parents through professional communication. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status. Work towards defined calling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets. Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth enrolment process.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in education admissions, student counselling, educational sales,



or high-involvement sales and enrolment conversion. Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills. Pleasing personality with a confident, professional, and approachable demeanour. Ability to build trust with parents and students, handle objections, and maintain consistent follow-ups. Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Compensation and Incentives

- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on experience and suitability. Additional fixed incentive for every successful student admission conversion. The incentive structure and payout terms will be discussed during the selection process.
