About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Operations Manager who enjoys meeting people, understanding how businesses work, and helping them do better. You will work closely with our senior consultants, visit client sites, gather information, and support the delivery of our consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client sites to observe operations, meet business owners and staff, and understand their processes
- Collect and organise business data such as sales, operations, staff performance and customer feedback
- Help identify problems, gaps and improvement opportunities in client businesses
- Support the design and tracking of KPIs and KRAs for client teams
- Prepare reports, presentations and summaries of findings for senior consultants and clients
- Assist in conducting employee training sessions and workshops
- Follow up with clients to track progress on agreed action plans




- Maintain accurate documentation of client meetings, visits and project status
- Coordinate with team members to make sure project deadlines are met

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or a related field (MBA freshers welcome)
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations or sales
- Willing to travel regularly for client site visits
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets/Docs/Slides)
