Position: Senior Proposal Specialist / Senior Pre-Sales Specialist

Location: Cochin

CTC: APIS

Experience: 5 –7 years of experience in Proposal Management, Bid Management, Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Proposal Development.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end enterprise proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and bid submissions.

* Analyze client requirements and ensure proposal compliance.

* Prepare executive summaries, business proposals, and professional PowerPoint presentations.

* Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Technical SMEs, and Delivery Teams.

* Manage proposal timelines, reviews, documentation quality, and submission deadlines.

Required Skills

* Hands-on experience in preparing and managing RFP, RFI, RFQ, and enterprise bid responses.





* Excellent business writing, editing, and documentation skills.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

* Experience in proposal compliance, stakeholder coordination, and deadline management.

*Preferred:* Experience in IT consulting, enterprise SaaS, Oracle Cloud, ERP, or digital transformation projects. Exposure to US clients is an added advantage.
