About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers, generate leads, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
- Explain company products/services and understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings.
- Maintain call records and update lead trackers.
- Address customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales team.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is mandatory.




- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
- Positive communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
