Job Title: Sales & Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales & Store Manager to drive sales, customer experience, and brand engagement at our store. The role involves managing client interactions, generating business, and executing events to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle complete store operations independently (opening to closing)

· Drive sales through customer engagement and consultation selling

· Manage walk-in clients and high-value customers

· Maintain store presentation and overall experience

· Coordinate with helpers / support staff

· Handle billing, stock, and inventory management

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales

· Exposure to premium / luxury products preferred

· Ability to manage store independently

· Positive communication and presentable personality

· Basic understanding of store operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
