JOB OVERVIEW

EazyGrad is looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee onboarding, and employee engagement.

You will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in daily HR activities in a fast-paced startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- HR Operations and Documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, record management, and routine HR administrative tasks.
- Help prepare HR reports and basic Excel dashboards.
- Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate joining formalities and collect employee documents.
- Maintain onboarding checklists and assist with induction and orientation.
- Help ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.
- Support internal communication and employee experience initiatives.
- Help coordinate training sessions and team activities.
- HR Reporting and Administration
- Track recruitment progress and onboarding status.
- Assist with employee queries and daily HR coordination.




- Support other HR-related tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work from the office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or HR coordination.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, or employee documentation.
- Experience supporting employee engagement activities or HR operations.

Freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
