About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage customer outstanding, vendor invoice processing, payment management, account reconciliation, and statutory compliance, payment follow-ups, credit control, and collection activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry and be comfortable coordinating with customers as well as internal Operations and Accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer outstanding and payment follow-ups.
* Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time.
* Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of dues.
* Follow up on overdue invoices and payments.
* Prepare and analyze debtor ageing reports.
* Monitor Accounts Payable aging and outstanding liabilities.
* Reconcile customer accounts and maintain records.
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, VAT, and other applicable tax regulations
* Prepare AP reports and MIS as required
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in *Accounts*.
* *Freight Forwarding / Logistics experience is mandatory.*
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes
* Good communication, follow-up and Excel skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
