Job Purpose:
To deliver effective dMAT training, develop learner competencies, and ensure successful completion of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dMAT theory and practical training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
- Conduct tests and evaluate learner performance.
- Maintain attendance, assessment, and training records.
- Support learners in resolving technical and practical queries.
- Ensure compliance with training standards and organizational procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant degree and qualified qualification as dMAT Trainer.
- Relevant experience in training or the dMAT domain.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and learner-management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
