Remote: India / Nigeria / EGYPT | UK overlap 11am-6pm BST | Contract Retainership £ Competitive

You will: Build package register from ITB, bidder list in 3 days, issue RFQ in 1 day, collect budgetary quotes in 5 days, deliver TBE/CBE + recommendation in 3 days.

Must have: 6+ yrs EPC procurement in Oil & Gas / Infrastructure. Extensive: Process Packages, Piping, Valves, Instrumentation, Spare Parts. Global Supplier ID, OEM Sourcing, RFQ Mgmt, Market Intelligence. Expert Excel, M365/Teams. Open-book, no supplier commissions.
