Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle EPCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to profitability, cost allocation, and management reporting.
- Design allocation methodologies, driver-based calculations, and profitability models.
- Configure Oracle EPCM applications, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and maintain metadata, dimensions, data integrations, and calculation logic.
- Perform data validation and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support production deployment, post-go-live activities, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to improve profitability analysis and cost allocation processes.
- Integrate ERP systems with Oracle EPM applications.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across EPM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle EPCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Robust understanding of cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial planning.




- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPCM Cloud.
- Experience with EPBCS/PBCS.
- Knowledge of Data Management and Data Integration.
- Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager and Smart View.
- Experience with Groovy scripting.
- Understanding of Essbase concepts and business rules.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with Oracle EPM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA or MBA in Finance.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
- Experience in Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Financial Services.
- Experience working with finance and business stakeholders on profitability and cost allocation requirements.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,160,000.00 per year
