Job Description

Lucknow Builders is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to supervise residential and commercial construction projects, including civil construction and interior execution.

The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, knowledge of construction drawings, material management, labour supervision, quality control, and project coordination. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and interior execution activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and project progress.
- Manage labour, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption, availability, and wastage.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project coordinators, and management.
- Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs.
- Identify site issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain records of site activities, materials, labour, and measurements.
- Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate quality checks.




- Follow applicable construction safety procedures.
- Update management about project progress, pending work, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits whenever required.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
- Practical knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC work, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and interior execution.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with different teams.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites in Lucknow as required.
