- 1. Responsible for planning and managing the Metallurgy lab and monitoring all activities therein to ensure adherence to the defined SOPs and standards
- 2. Plan, support and contribute to recent product development by way of analysis and testing of new product / material
- 3. Review quality issues and non conformances and ensure resolution activities like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
- 4. Provide support in preparation of the budget, plan and systems for the metallurgy lab
- 5. Ensure preparation of and review documentation and reports pertaining to metallurgy lab
- 6. Carry out activities for implementation and delivery of quality improvement projects
- 7. Supervise and guide the Metallurgy team
