Job Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's IT products and services.
- Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills :
- Good understanding and ability to learn company products and services.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualification :
- Graduate in any discipline
- BBA and BCA candidates preferred
