Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to manage event operations and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have solid coordination, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to manage events from planning to on-ground execution while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Handle client communication, understand requirements, and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, designers, venues, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare event schedules, execution plans, checklists, and operational timelines.
- Manage event logistics, manpower, materials, and on-site arrangements.
- Monitor event budgets, quotations, vendor costs, and operational expenses.




- Conduct site visits and ensure all arrangements meet client expectations.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-ground issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of events.
- Follow up with clients after events and coordinate feedback and billing requirements.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in event management, event operations, or client servicing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of event production, logistics, and vendor management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as per event requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
