Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of experience in property marketing and sales strategy. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and achieve sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
- Generate and manage leads through online and offline channels
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead conversion
- Organize site visits, promotional events, and exhibitions
- Manage branding, brochures, hoardings, and advertisement materials
- Maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Track marketing budgets and ROI analysis
- Prepare marketing reports and present to management
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of real estate marketing
- Experience in digital marketing & lead generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership and team management ability
- Strong understanding of local real estate market
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 5–6 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing
