- Follow up on pending orders and delayed deliveries.
- Maintain approved supplier contact details and price lists.
- Inventory and stock management
- Understand minimum stock, maximum stock, reorder levels and safety stock.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving ingredients.
- Understand FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
- Help prevent stockouts, overstocking and food wastage.
- Purchase documentation




- Prepare and track purchase orders (POs).
- Verify quotations, invoices, delivery challans and goods received notes.
- Check ordered quantities against delivered quantities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Food quality and safety awareness
- Understand basic food hygiene and storage requirements.
- Check expiry dates, packaging condition and product specifications.
- Understand cold-chain requirements for chilled and frozen products.
- Have basic awareness of FSSAI requirements in India.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
