Roology is looking for a Client service representative to manage customer communication, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth order execution from inquiry to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling customer interactions across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email.
- Coordinate with vendors for production updates and follow-ups
- Handle customer support and grievance resolution professionally
- Track deliveries and reduce RTOs through courier follow-ups
- Maintain and update operational/order management sheets
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel
- Fashion/ecommerce industry knowledge is a bonusWhat We’re Looking For:
