- Maintain good relations with the business partners (Travel Agents) and regularly make sales visits to the business partners
- Increase the market share
- Ensure that all business partners in the region are being regularly visited by the sales force and updated with the latest information about products and services.
- Responsible for coordinating the marketing activities in the allocated region
- Look for recent business avenues in the allocated region
- Coordinating and closely working with your manager and Principal companies for achieving targets & getting new business opportunities
- Individual responsibility for the achievement of targets assigned from time to time.
Skills Required
- Should have experience of more than 3 years in the airline sales field
- Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
- Strategic thinking and planning to implement the sales plan
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate salespeople.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
