Vidya Skills is a growing startup focused on providing international education opportunities to students. Our platform helps students explore and pursue various academic programs in Switzerland, including MBA, BCA, Hotel Management, and other educational programs.

As a startup, we are focused on expansion, student enrollment, and achieving ambitious growth targets. We are looking for an experienced, target-oriented, and proactive Student Counselor who can contribute to our growth and work closely with the Project Manager to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads for international education programs.
* Counsel students regarding available programs in Switzerland and explain relevant course opportunities.
* Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication to convert leads into enrollments.
* Achieve monthly targets for student profiles, lead generation, counseling, and conversions as assigned by management.
* Work closely with the Project Manager to plan strategies, monitor progress, and achieve project objectives.
* Take ownership of assigned targets and actively contribute ideas to improve student engagement and enrollment.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, student profiles, follow-ups, and daily progress in Excel or the company’s CRM.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth student counseling and application process.
* Prepare daily and monthly performance updates and report progress, challenges,



and outcomes to the Project Manager.
* Contribute to the overall growth and development of Vidya Skills as an expanding startup.

Eligibility Criteria

* Previous experience in student counseling, educational counseling, tele-calling, admissions, or international education is required.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
* Proven ability to work with monthly targets and achieve measurable results.
* Good follow-up, lead management, and student relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the Project Manager.
* A proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and maintaining student records.
