- Make outbound calls to prospective property owners and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential real estate opportunities.
- Explain Lease-It’s services clearly and professionally to property owners and prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads from both property owners and clients.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team with interested owners and clients.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call details, and follow-up records.
- Follow up with prospective owners and clients to improve lead conversion and appointment success.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
