Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused executives to support Lynk users through phone calls, follow-ups, and customer service activities. The selected candidates will help users understand the Lynk platform, resolve basic queries, improve user engagement, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective users and existing users as required.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain Lynk app features, registration, onboarding, and account usage.
- Assist users with basic login, profile, wallet, payment, and app-related queries.
- Follow up with users regarding registration, onboarding, and pending requests.
- Record calls, feedback, complaints, and follow-up details in the company's CRM or tracking system.
- Escalate technical issues, payment disputes, and account-related concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company calling scripts and SOPs.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups,



customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Protect customer information and follow company privacy and data security policies.
- Coordinate with the operations, technical support, and management teams.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Telugu and/or English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work with targets and rotational shifts, if required.
- Freshers may apply, subject to the company's hiring criteria.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
