Core Responsibilities • Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate baristas and front-of-house or kitchen personnel. • Operations & Quality: Monitor opening and closing procedures, maintain coffee quality standards (such as espresso dial-in and bean rotation), and enforce cleanliness. • Inventory & Purchasing: Track stock levels, order coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, and manage vendor relationships. • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track labor and food costs (COGS), handle daily cash/POS reporting, and review profit margins. • Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, greet regulars, and resolve guest complaints or issues. • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with local food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines (such as holding a Food Protection Manager certificate). Key Requirements & Skills • Experience:



Typically 2+ years as a barista or shift lead, plus prior supervisory or hospitality experience. • Coffee Knowledge: Familiarity with espresso extraction, machine calibration, and specialty coffee standards. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems, basic inventory tracking, and scheduling software. • Certifications: Often requires a valid food handler's permit or Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) credential; Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) courses are a plus. • Soft Skills: Robust leadership, calm conflict resolution, organizational stamina, and flexible availability (including weekends and holidays).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
