We are looking for an experienced *Senior Property Consultant* to handle residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves client advisory, property sourcing, site visits, negotiations and deal closures.
### Key Responsibilities
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
* Handle residential flats, commercial offices, shops and investment properties.
* Coordinate property visits and client meetings.
* Develop relationships with buyers, investors, property owners and developers.
* Negotiate and facilitate property transactions.
* Generate business through networking, referrals and property portals.
* Maintain property inventory and client records.
* Follow up with prospects and manage transactions until closure.
### Candidate Profile
* 3–6 years of experience in *real estate broking/property consulting*.
* Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good client-handling and networking abilities.
* Existing property-owner/developer network will be an advantage.
