Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our customer base. The role involves actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects and providing suitable solutions to boost revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability. It requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a focus on achieving sales targets, and the ability to build long-term client relationships through fieldwork across Pune, working 6 days a week mostly from the Kothrud office.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and fieldwork.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.

Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure repeat business.





Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, and maintain daily/weekly reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven field sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation/demonstration skills.

Ability to understand client needs and present suitable products or services.

Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection; positive organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in English and Marathi.

Salary

Rs. 25,000/- pm Plus incentives at 5% beyond Rs. 1,50,000/- pm.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
