We are looking for an experienced Billing Coordinator to manage and coordinate project billing activities, documentation, and follow-ups. The candidate will work closely with project, finance, commercial, and customer teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end billing activities for ongoing projects.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to collect billing-related documents.
- Track billing status, pending submissions, approvals, and payments.
- Follow up with customers for invoice approvals and billing-related queries.
- Maintain accurate billing records, MIS, and project-wise documentation.
- Verify quantities, work completion reports, and supporting documents before billing.




- Coordinate with the finance and accounts team for billing and payment reconciliation.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare regular billing reports and status updates for management.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in billing coordination/project billing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in Telecom, Infrastructure & Solar will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
