Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in a digital marketing agency or digital marketing institute. The candidate should be capable of managing clients professionally, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
- Handle clients professionally and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Manage client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop strategies to acquire current clients and increase company revenue.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.
- Coordinate with internal digital marketing teams to meet client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain client records, sales reports, and business development updates.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or digital marketing institute is preferred.
- Strong client handling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, and lead generation.
- Ability to acquire new clients, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
