We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, promote our language training programs, convert inquiries into admissions, and build strong relationships with students, professionals, colleges, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, college visits, and other marketing activities.
- Contact prospective students and explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert potential leads into course admissions.
- Identify business opportunities through college partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and referral programs.
- Promote German, French, Japanese, and English language courses.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and admission goals.
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and the administration team to ensure a smooth student enrollment process.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and other business development activities.

Requirements





- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Experience in sales, education counselling, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
