Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Assist customers with seating arrangements and restaurant services.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
- Manage guest reservations and special requests, when required.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and professional communication.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely.
