Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Junior Talent Acquisition & Mobility Specialist to manage our dual needs of recruitment and corporate hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates both within India and internationally. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for foreign visitors, managing their end-to-end travel, accommodation, and local logistics, while building strategic partnerships with colleges and travel vendors.

Key Responsibilities-

Recruitment & Campus Relations:

- Domestic & Overseas Sourcing: Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for job openings across India and international markets.
- End-to-End Hiring: Coordinate interviews, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate pipelines through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- College Tie-ups: Establish and maintain solid relationships with campus placement cells across India to drive fresh graduate hiring initiatives.

Global Mobility & Visitor Hospitality

- Foreign Visitor Logistics: Design and manage complete itineraries for international delegates, clients, and foreign visitors traveling to India.
- Airport & Local Transit: Coordinate reliable airport pickups, drop-offs, and daily local transport logistics.
- Hotel & Accommodation Management: Block, book,



and negotiate corporate rates with premium hotels to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

Corporate Partnerships & Vendor Management

- Corporate Travel Tie-ups: Partner with travel management companies, airlines, and hospitality vendors to secure cost-effective corporate travel packages.
- Vendor Operations: Oversee billing, service quality, and vendor contracts for all travel and hospitality services.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, global mobility, or corporate travel coordination. Experience working in a travel agency or corporate travel desk is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to interact seamlessly with international visitors, corporate partners, and college heads.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), LinkedIn Recruiter, and corporate booking portals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- J P Nagar 6th Phase, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
