Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee end-to-end technology project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.

The ideal candidate should have robust project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and resource allocation skills, with a solid understanding of SDLC. Experience in SaaS products, CRM platforms, enterprise applications, or AI-based solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation to deployment and post-implementation.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other teams.
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and communication.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, quality, and KPIs.
- Prepare project status reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in IT project management or software delivery.
- Experience managing projects from initiation to production deployment.
- Familiarity with SDLC,



project planning, and tools such as Jira or MS Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with SaaS products, CRM platforms, enterprise applications, or AI-based solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, system integrations, and DevOps.
- Experience managing international clients or distributed teams.
