- Updating oneself with advancements in computer technology
- Developing instructional manuals to help students know proper handling of computers
- Conducting group and one-on-one training sessions
- Helping students and staff members troubleshoot any technical issues
- Supervising students research/project work and internship programs
- Maintaining students attendance and performance records
- Performing administrative duties such as preparing student mark sheets when required
