Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Field Executive to explore property opportunities across Bengaluru. The role involves visiting different locations, identifying properties available for sale or rent, capturing property photos and videos, and sharing the details with our team to support property marketing and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas in Bengaluru and identify properties available for sale or rent.
- Capture clear photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
- Meet property owners and collect basic property details.
- Gather information such as location,
price, property size, and owner contact details.
- Share property photos, videos, and information with the internal team.
- Build relationships with property owners and identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on field visits and property availability.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and interest in real estate.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone skills for taking and sharing photos and videos.
- Kannada-speaking ability preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary & Advantages
- Monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹40,000, based on skills and experience.
