About Us

Optimum Infranet LLP is the India operations office of Optimum Technologies, an Australian telecom infrastructure company delivering NBN (National Broadband Network) field services across Australia — fibre, HFC, and copper network jobs for major Australian contractors. Our Zirakpur office is the operational back office that runs reporting, data management, scheduling support, and client coordination for our Australian field crews in real time.

- Office start time is 4:00 AM SHARP (to align with Australian business hours).

- You must live in or very near Zirakpur (Zirakpur, Dera Bassi, Panchkula, Mohali area).

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory — you will communicate daily with Australian clients and project teams.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 1:30 PM, plus Saturday 4 hours (morning).

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update job records across client portals and our internal databases (job tickets, work orders, completion records, photos, and documentation)

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports: work progress, crew timesheets, job costing, expenses, billing summaries, and project trackers

- Build and maintain Excel trackers (timesheets, expenses, fuel, materials, job progress) with formulas, pivot tables, and clean formatting

- Reconcile data between multiple systems — client portals, internal databases,



and accounting software — and flag mismatches

- Process and organise field crew photos and job documentation; verify completeness against job requirements

- Support invoice preparation: match completed jobs to purchase orders, prepare work-item summaries, track payments

- Email and message Australian project managers and client teams with reports, queries, and job status updates

- Identify gaps in job data (missing photos, incomplete records, pending submissions) and chase them to closure

Requirements

- 3+ years of MIS / data management / reporting experience

- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting; Power Query a plus)

- Excellent English — written and spoken — for daily communication with Australian clients

- High attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets

- Comfortable working across multiple web-based portals and databases simultaneously

- Experience with telecom/construction/field-services data or job-management portals is a strong plus

- Able to join immediately

What We Offer

- Salary Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month (based on experience)
