About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Manager with strong expertise in performance design, video production, and creative strategy. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and execute visually compelling assets and video content for digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other performance channels. Beyond design execution, this role involves end-to-end management of video and product shoots, short-form scriptwriting, and leading a creative team to ensure brand consistency, creative quality, and high campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Operations: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers and editors to deliver high quality creative outputs within tight campaign timelines.
- Production & Shoot Management: Plan, direct, and execute end-to-end video production, including Reels shoots, product shoots, Meta/Google ad shoots, and small commercial shoots.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Conceptualize and write engaging, high-converting scripts, hooks, and visual storyboards for performance ad copies, social media reels, and promotional videos.
- Performance Design: Design high-performing visual creative for Meta Ads, Google Display Network, and multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collateral & Brand Assets: Oversee and create marketing collaterals including digital banners, decks, social media templates, brochures, and brand identity elements.
- Post-Production & Editing: Direct and edit dynamic videos, motion graphics, and short-form video content tailored for paid marketing and organic social channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, growth, content,



and product teams to align creative strategy with broader business goals.
- Quality & Consistency: Maintain strict brand guidelines, conduct creative QA reviews, and manage workflow distribution across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years total experience in creative design/advertising, with a minimum of 2+ years in direct team management.
- Production & Shoot Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in conducting product shoots, commercial ad shoots, and short-form video/Reels production.
- Scripting Skills: Strong ability to write concise, catchy scripts and video hooks optimized for performance marketing and consumer attention.
- Software Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
- Performance Design Focus: Direct experience creating assets for Meta Ads, Google Display, and paid digital funnels; familiarity with UI/UX principles is preferred.
- Motion Graphics & Editing: Strong foundations in motion graphics, video editing, storytelling, color theory, typography, and visual layout.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, project management, visual direction, and team-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
