Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter to join The Organic World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for retail and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Handle offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Support bulk hiring for retail store positions.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field.
- 1+ year of recruitment experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
