About the Role

WeCredit is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Saket, Recent Delhi. This internship offers hands-on experience in human resource management, recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.




- Ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation and recruitment records.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work from the office six days a week.
