- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis, quotations, and budget comparisons.
- Handle client billing, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.
- Track project costs, material consumption, and variations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, design, and accounts teams.
- Monitor project expenses and help control material wastage.
Qualification
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or billing.
- Experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
