Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will lead and drive sales efforts across various product lines, including industrial electrical products, IT hardware solutions, CCTV cameras, computers/laptops, projectors/interactive projectors, A3/A4 printers, Boom barriers, and related hardware and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial and IT hardware solutions sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market dynamics
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports to management Ensure
excellent customer service and efficient post-sales support

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial electrical products, IT hardware solutions, or CCTV




Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong
problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Salary: Based on your interview performance.

Probation Period: 3 Months.

No Bond Required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
