S.N & Company is a Lucknow-based firm, founded in 2003, that executes government construction, heritage conservation and museum development projects across Uttar Pradesh.

Our work spans museum galleries and exhibitions, restoration of heritage buildings, auditoria and performance venues, and civil and interior works for government and institutional clients. We take projects from tender and design through fabrication, installation and handover.

Key responsibilitiesDesign and detailing

- Develop interior concepts, mood boards, material palettes and finish schemes for museum galleries, lobbies, auditoria, offices and visitor facilities
- Design wall treatments, flooring, false ceilings, display furniture, showcases, plinths, reception counters and seating
- Prepare working drawings, joinery and fabrication-level details, finish schedules and material specifications
- Produce 3D views, renders and walkthroughs for client and committee presentations
- Coordinate lighting layouts, AV points, signage and graphic panel integration with the interior scheme
- Select materials that balance appearance, durability, fire safety and conservation needs

Estimation and documentation

- Prepare BOQs, item descriptions and quantity take-offs for interior and exhibition works
- Draft rate analyses for non-schedule items and support tender and billing teams with technical inputs
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records and as-built drawings
- Prepare sample boards, option studies and presentation decks for approvals

Execution and coordination





- Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups and prototypes against design intent
- Work with carpenters, fabricators, craft vendors, FRP and stone suppliers, AV integrators and lighting vendors
- Visit sites regularly to check workmanship, finish quality and installation accuracy
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, site engineers and the in-house project team
- Prepare snag lists and close out finishing defects before handover

Qualifications and skillsEssential

- B.Des (Interior), B.Arch, or Diploma in Interior Design from a recognised institute
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience with a portfolio of executed interior projects
- A robust, demonstrable design sense in composition, colour, materials and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of a rendering tool such as V-Ray, Enscape or Lumion
- Ability to prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from own drawings
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Uttar Pradesh

Preferred

- Experience on museum, exhibition, gallery, heritage or high-finish hospitality interiors
- Familiarity with showcase systems, museum lighting and conservation-safe materials
- Experience on government or institutional projects, including CPWD or UP PWD specifications and rate analysis
- Working knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, Illustrator or InDesign
- Experience coordinating directly with fabricators and supervising work on site

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
