About The Role

As Marketing Manager at LEOR Clinic, you will own the brand’s growth across both centres. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will plan and run campaigns, lead content and creator partnerships, and turn marketing spend into consultations and revenue, with every touchpoint held to the LEOR Clinic standard.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaigns and Lead Generation

- Plan and run monthly, festive and launch campaigns across both centres, from offer design to execution.
- Oversee paid media on Meta and Google, owning lead volume, lead quality and cost per lead.
- Work closely with the pre-sale and sales teams so that leads convert into consultations and revenue.

2. Content and Brand

- Own the content calendar across social platforms and keep publishing consistent and on time.
- Brief and oversee shoots, reels and creative production, including doctor and founder-led content.
- Uphold LEOR Clinic’s brand standards at every touchpoint, from social media to the clinic floor.

3. Partnerships and Digital Presence

- Build and manage creator and influencer partnerships, from briefs to deliverables and results.
- Manage the clinic’s online reputation, reviews and listings,



including Google and Practo.
- Grow organic visibility across search and AI platforms, working with the website and SEO team.

4. Team, Budget and Reporting

- Lead the in-house marketing team and manage agencies and vendors against clear deliverables.
- Own the marketing budget and track performance end to end, from spend and leads to consultations and revenue.
- Run the weekly and monthly marketing reviews with clear numbers, inferences and next steps.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing or communications is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, beauty, luxury retail or hospitality.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with performance marketing on Meta and Google, with a track record against lead and revenue targets.
- A strong eye for content, aesthetics and premium brand presentation.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with Hindi and Marathi an advantage.
- Comfort with numbers: Google Sheets or Excel, ad dashboards and CRM reporting.
- The ability to lead a team, manage agencies and deliver to deadline.
