JOB DESCRIPTION : Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience : 4–5 Years

Qualification : 12th Pass / B.Com

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview and suitability)

Job Profile:

We are looking for a highly presentable, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage our corporate reception and provide a professional first impression to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and senior guests professionally.

Handle incoming calls, official emails, and correspondence.

Manage visitor records, appointments, and meeting room schedules.

Handle courier dispatches and maintain document registers.

Provide general administrative support and maintain reception area standards.





Candidate Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in a corporate front office role.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Exceptional presentation, grooming, and corporate personality.

Confident, articulate, courteous, and professional in handling high-profile guests.

Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic office equipment.

Note: Salary will be finalized based on interview performance, communication skills, overall personality, and skilled presentation.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
